How Do I Submit my Inventory?

It’s quick and easy. Simply fill out the short form on our website and we’ll take care of the rest. Your inventory will be included on CarStory (US) or CarStory Canada in 2-4 weeks (or 12-24 hours after we receive the feed from your provider).

What are the costs of your services?

It is free to list your inventory on vast.com, carstory.com, and canada.carstory.com

How are you different than other Marketplaces?

We are completely different from other marketplaces as we truly care about the consumer discovery. We also provide high-quality, low-funnel traffic to your site and dealership from CarStory sites as well as our marketplace partners’ sites. Learn more about us.

Why are CarStory Market Reports Free?

Full disclosure: we are a data company at heart and your inventory gives us additional information we use to round out our vehicle information. So, your dealership gets free listings on an up-and-coming marketplace and we get a more complete picture of the overall market.

How do I add Market Reports onto my other dealer websites?

It’s quick and easy. Simply fill out the short form on our website and we’ll take care of the rest. Indicate your desire to implement Market Reports on multiple sites through the form field provided.

Market Reports are not working on my website(s)
  1. Have you switched inventory providers? If so, please contact your inventory provider and authorize inventory export to CarStory.
  2. The code may not have been properly installed. Provide your web providers contact information to support@carstory.com.
  3. Contact help@carstory.com if you’re still having troubles.
Do I have the most updated code on my website(s)?

Here is our most recent Market Report code. If yours doesn’t look like this, contact your Account Manager to get you upgraded!

The prices on my Market Reports are different than the prices on my website

Have you switched inventory providers? Please provide the name of your current inventory provider to support@carstory.com and we will reach out to them about pricing.

CarStory Dealer App

I forgot my username and/ or password for CarStory Dealer App.

Email support@carstory.com and we’ll reset your password for you.

My Dealer iPad App isn’t working.
Here are a few troubleshooting tips:

  • Have you refreshed your inventory?
  • Have you tried logging out and back in?
  • Have you tried deleting the application and re-installing it?

Contact help@carstory.com if you’re still having troubles.

Your listings can be found at http://autos.vast.com/cars. Some listings may also be merchandised on CarStory.com.
